These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of signspq.com (the "Site") and the products and services provided by Signs PQ ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a legally binding contract to use our Site and services.

2. Products & Services

We provide custom signage, printing, and related products and services. Product descriptions, samples, colors, and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations (for example, in color, finish, or sizing) may occur due to materials, screen settings, and production processes.

3. Quotes & Orders

  • Quotes are estimates and may change based on final specifications, artwork, materials, or quantities.
  • An order is confirmed only when we accept it and, where applicable, payment or a deposit is received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Artwork & Customer Content

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all artwork, text, files, and specifications you submit.
  • You represent that you own or have permission to use all content you provide and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
  • We are not liable for errors (such as spelling, layout, or color) present in approved files or proofs.
  • You grant us the right to use and reproduce your content solely to fulfill your order.

5. Proofs & Approval

Where a proof is provided, production begins only after you approve it. Approving a proof confirms that the content, spelling, layout, and specifications are correct. Changes after approval may incur additional charges and delays.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes and shipping.
  • Payment is due as specified at the time of order. Custom orders may require full or partial prepayment.
  • We may correct any pricing or typographical errors even after an order is placed.

7. Production & Delivery Times

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, incomplete or incorrect artwork, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because most items are custom-made to your specifications, they generally cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is defective or differs materially from your approved order.
  • Cancellations may not be possible once production has begun; any deposit may be non-refundable.
  • Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery, with photos where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and designs created by us, is owned by Signs PQ or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. You retain ownership of artwork you supply.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, access it through unauthorized means, or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive.

11. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signs PQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signs PQ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Signs PQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
